Communication was very good. I paid for my father and niece to stay at the hotel and the process was very smooth despite the initial hold-up by my bank in processing the payment. However, everything was resolved smoothly. My family enjoyed their stay and reported that the staff was very friendly and hospitable always ready to help. I commended the reservationist Vimbai Gore for her excellent customer care skills to her manager Mr. Ncube.

The hotel is in center of city. The access to floors is controlled by access cards which is good for security reasons.
